Chairman Wagner called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Mr. Allen officiated the
Pledge of Allegiance, and Chairman Wagner requested that everyone share a moment of
silence.
Adopt Agenda
***Mr. Hughes made a motion to adopt the agenda.
Mrs. Cox seconded. Unanimously approved. (7:0)

Board Attorney Interviews
***Mr. Allen made a motion to enter into negotiations with Tharrington Smith Attorneys At
Law as the Board of Education Attorney.
Mrs. Kennedy seconded. Unanimously approved. (7:0)
