Call to Order / Roll Call
Chairman Miller called the Board of Education Meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. Board of
Commissioner Chad Mitchell officiated the Pledge of Allegiance and a prayer.
Open Session
Adopt Agenda
***Mrs. Norman made a motion to adopt the agenda. Mrs. Cox seconded. Unanimously
approved (6:0)
***L.A. Overcash arrived at the meeting at 2:19 p.m.
Discussion Items
Attorney Richard Schwartz provided the Board of Education and the Board of
Commissioners a copy of the Mediation Agreement with the changes that were made by
the Board of Education. Attorney Richard Schwartz then gave the BOC the reasoning
behind the changes.
The BOE and the BOC discussed each change, and each board came to an agreement
on the changes.
***Mr. Wagner made a motion to accept the Proposed Resolution of the RSSS Capital
Needs document. Mrs. Cox seconded. Mr. Overcash abstained. Unanimously approved.
