Change in Publication of Material Facts
WEG S.A. ("WEG") (BM&FBOVESPA: WEGE3 / OTC: WEGZY), in accordance to CVM Instruction number 358,
is hereby informing its shareholders and the general market that the Board of Directors, in a meeting held on
June 24, 2014, approved the change of the Company’s Material Disclosures and Securities Trading Policy to
include the disclosure of material facts through an online news portal under CVM Instruction number 547/14.
The disclosure of material facts will be made through the news portal http://www.valor.com.br/fatosrelevantes.
Besides this channel, the Company will continue to publish the material facts in the following websites: WEG
Investor Relations, BM&FBOVESPA, and CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission).
The Company also informs that will hold relevant changes in its reference form and registration form, both
required by CVM Instruction 480/2009.
