Okay
Dates they have for conversion are set dates. Anything not
finished during that time is contracted time.
Working on a Banner overview communication and she will
send to IT for review.
Is planning on the Nolij 1 hr pre-call for Thursday. She’ll let
us know.
We will be charged 2 hours for each conversion to do the
historical admissions records.
Sherry needs to know what tables are being converted for
round 2 to make sure these are converted in round 3.
EDW has been postponed to after go-live.
Sherry and Tom will be meeting with all of the departments

Naming
conventions
There will be no additional cost for the win implementation
after January except for project management. There will be
AR support in July. Fall 2010 will be supported by the
action line.

Onsite training is an entire week. Sherry is working on
scheduling this.
TEST will not be overwritten until the 27th. Decided TEST
should be copied to DEVL for awhile in case changes were
missed that should have been put in PPRD. Katia will need
to know as she has been making changes there. Also need to
remind users that changes made to PPRD after the clone to
CONV will have to be put in TEST again. In October, other
people will begin training and we need to begin thinking
about which instance should be used for that.

Please add to it so that we remember to do everything after each
conversion. This should be our checklist of things that must be done after
the conversion scripts but before we let the users in for testing.
