January 12.
Finance Bridges will be needed by June in order to start
testing. Sherry asked Ninette and Rick to look at them and
see about training. Sherry told SGHE it would be after
January before we work on it. The bridges will go live
January 1, 2010.
The TCC information for placement/forgiveness wasn’t very
detailed. Linda is supposed to be writing up what we need.

Check calendar for correct date for housing assignments coming up at the end of January. Sherry will send an email
reminding people with the correct date. HR dates have been added for the end of the month. Hopefully the new HR director
will be hired by the time of the trainings.
V.P. McArthur requested all student e-mail addresses from
Megan Carter and Aubree Helvey are supposed to be

Payroll will need the tax tables as soon as we get back from
the break. Last year we did payroll before AID. AID will not
need it until mid-January. Once the update is installed on
sunray, we cannot copy sunfire to sunray again until the
update is live on sunfire too.

Mike sent a suggested procedure for requesting patches.
We’ll address this more at the next meeting.
