a. Update
Greg created a program that did the majority of the renaming
issues for Kurt and Dawne saving them tons of hours.
2. Nolij: Kelly is the administrator (Julie is helping with general
person)
a. Progress on transferring general person from legacy to
Banner
b. Update on transferring admission history
3. e-Print: Greg, Chase and Kurt are the administrators
a. We need the list of what reports will be in e-Print to
determine participants
4. E-Vision: Rick and Cheryl are the administrators
a. Status on intellecheck and FormFusion
Nolij PO sent to Danielle 10/5/09 for Banner online app Need
to find out when Admissions plans on using the online app.
5. AppWorx: Greg and Chase are the Administrators; Angela
will be the technical lead
a. Update – Angie:

Appworx Training agenda and notification to
participants for Oct. 27-29th

Go through checklist prior to training
Sherry will get Angie the manual and the name of the
consultant so she can figure out a little more on who should
attend.
Greg has some test reports working.
Training session on map config the 1st Monday of every
month at 1 p.m. CST. Cheryl participated 10/7/09.

Team leads need to write up how the process they want in
workflow to work before the class.
We have an aggressive outline for communication, support,
and training.
Lots of discussion. Sherry will make changes and will present new
version of document at ILT meeting this afternoon.
a. From Laurene: PROD will be unavailable to those users in the
product being converted at the given time.
(i.e. during HR conversion, no PROD access for HR; during AD
conversion, no PROD access for AD. General Person updates a
no-no too during all conversions.)

Julie started a Go-Live Checklist document at w:\workgrps\its\banner
Please add to it so that we remember to do everything after each
conversion. This should be our checklist of things that must be done
after the conversion scripts but before we let the users in for testing.
