From Laurene: PROD will be unavailable to those users in the product being converted at the given time. (i.e. during HR conversion, no PROD access for HR; during AD conversion, no PROD access for AD. This should be our checklist of things that must be done after the conversion scripts but before we let the users in for testing. Patch management procedures documented and request form.
