February 2 after the scrum meeting if there is one, otherwise
at 10:00.
Working on scheduling dates for ODS and Cognos trainings.
Estimated 1500 dual entries and Sherry is going to ask Mike
about an interface. If they can tell us what tables need
updated, CU could probably write the interface. We might
need to contact the listserv for information. Debbie will also
check with OBU to see what they’re going to do. It may be
that we have only a few people doing this and we write
reports to compare and see if there are errors.
None.
We need information on the finance bridges. Sherry will set
up a meeting with Ninette and Rick to ask questions.
Does Cameron have a process for Patch Management
that we need to adhere to during the course of the
project?
Greg and Chase should look at this and see what needs to be
done.
At a minimum, we may want to use the following:
There are lots of patches available right now. The team
leads, Greg, and Chase should look at the available patches
to see what should be installed now. Sherry will also talk to
Laurene to see what she recommends – all or some. The

patches. Requests are through Sherry Hendrix.

Upcoming Events
o The request includes a description of the
patch and affected modules.
o Either the request (requestor) or the
approval/denial (Sherry) needs to be
communicated to the team leads.
o The process must also include Laurene
Farley (Team Lead) to facilitate the request
and for information. She may be the
originator of the request as well. We want to
ensure the patch will not adversely affect
anything else during the course of the
implementation.
Sherry will be responsible for scheduling the
installation window and tasks.
o The DBA will do patch installations.
o Generally, upgrades are applied to the
SEED database first, then rolled out to the
other databases. We should allow 1 day
down per database, so crosscheck training
and testing schedules and who is using what
databases for what purposes.
The DBA will communicate installation results to
Sherry and/or the team leads.

team leads should be contacting the team consultants to
determine which ones we need. The patch information is
available on the banner support site. Technical side needs to
look at the patches and be familiar with them as well.
Debbie sent the eLearning one to Blackboard to review.
