FormFusion and IntelliCheck will be discussed with Glen on
Wednesday.
Sherry hasn’t met with Mike but has a lot to talk with him
tomorrow and will include ODS/Cognos dates and new
requirements regarding isbn numbers for textbooks.
Requested that IT come to the ILT meeting Wednesday
morning to be thanked regarding conversion.
None.
OSRHE mandate FICE codes for students’ former
institutions will no longer be allowed in UDS reporting.
FICE codes are no longer officially maintained by any
federal entity and must be crosswalked to IPEDS codes. Our
current semester, Spring 2009 student data will be the last
semester OSRHE will accept the FICE code in this field. Be
sure this is conveyed to Data Standards and Reporting
Committee.
ITS should propose recommendations and submit them to
Tom for the next data standards meeting.

OSRHE mandate adoption of new race/ethnic codes
beginning Fall 2010 for student and human resource UDS
data. Be sure this is conveyed to Data Standards and
Reporting Committee.
OSRHE mandate a change in preliminary enrollment
reporting. The current process is being replaced with an
early run of the UDS Student and Class data report to allow
for improved timelines and detail of institutional
information early in the Fall and Spring semesters. Be sure
this is conveyed to Data Standards and Reporting
Committee.
Chase received the spreadsheet from Banner. We need to
review this and then it will be forwarded to the Team leads
on Wednesday so they can tell what users need to be put in
each group and indicate their name, the username, and job
title. Might also have the team leads review it with their
consultants.

ITS must identify a place to store the information in our
current database. Need to review the collection process
again in Data Standards. Move this to the task list.
Tom is comparing data with his paper report for this Spring
and we will do the electronic version starting next semester.
May can ask questions on the listserv and Sherry will also
ask OBU’s remote DBA advice on their security. The
remote DBA could also help Chase setup the security in
order to get it ready for testing.
