March 2
Everyone had reviewed the draft email regarding downtime
for SBI systems during spring break on March 19 from 8am
to noon and said it looked okay. It will be sent from the
helpdesk email.
The new project manager will start March 9.
Sherry is checking to see if some of the student sessions can
be switched.
She is working with the team leads to change the student
CRP so that student and FA have theirs at the same time.

For the classes in Burch, there needs to be another person in
addition to Margot who can boot up the instructor computer
in case she is not there.
The Functional team leads MUST contact Chase for any
security changes.

Two days of exclusive access to PPRD is needed to make
the upgrades to the same version as Seed and Test.
ILT is discussing this. We may need to have a conference
call with questions but will wait until April for the call..
TCC did this and were pleased with the results.
The Steering Committee supports the policy and it is going
to V.P. McArthur for his review. There may need to be an
added clause regarding state/federal mandated changes.
Almost all of the windows servers are on 2008 now. A lot of
day to day stuff is taken care of on this version. Scott is
trying to get owa switched over but is running into issues.
Anyone using Outlook 07 may have errors until everything
is fixed and moved over.
The financial aid update is ready to move to sunfire. They
are looking at March 3 as it needs to be done before spring
break. They will be requesting that it be down from 8am to
1pm.
Rick indicated that it’s possible that we may not need either
of the bridges. They will have more discussion in a meeting
tomorrow.
Take a look at the timeline spreadsheet and get the
info/questions back to Debbie ASAP so we can get the dates
confirmed.
The overview of Workflow is next week. Check the Banner
calendar.
Clean Address needs to be run in batch mode

Decided that the week of Summit should work well for this.
Once her email is established, we will need to start
carboning both Sherry and Jill until Sherry indicates to stop
this practice.

Sherry to email for an update
Change to ‘Take to student team meeting.’ Dawne submitted the
pre-file. There were a few issues but overall it went smoothly.
Julie will discuss this when she meets with Tom and Jamie.
Waiting on Tom who is waiting on McArthur.
Hope to get the contract signed today.
