Permanent address will not be changed to preferred address; permanent address will remain permanent address. The business office currently uses two address types in the legacy system for purchasing and billing so they will be added to the list of addresses. Directory address will be the faculty/staff address. The Team decided that a diploma address is not required in Banner. Diploma address will be imported as the Temporary address. If the temporary address is different from the permanent address, the temporary address will be used depending on the date the address was updated. Decided Address Types: 1. Permanent address 2. Possibilities are emergency telephone numbers may exist in a shadow system. If a shadow system consisting of emergency contacts exists, those numbers will need to be extracted from the shadow database in order to be submitted to banner for the migration. Citizenship Is required in every department except Alumni. Ethnic Group Is required in HR. SSN Is required in every department.
