2014 ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT CEREMONY
SCHOOL OF SOCIAL SCIENCE AND HUMAN SERVICES
The 2014 CAROL SCHAEFER HUMAN SERVICES AWARD goes to KYLE MACK.
Kyle is a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society (Theta Delta Chapter), International
Justice Mission Educator, InterVarsity Christian Fellowship Leadership Team, Hurricane
Sandy Relief Coordinator. He is the Junior and Senior High Youth Group Leader at The
Plant Church in Mahwah.
Kyle participated in the Muslim Migrants and the New Europe, and Addressing Substance
Abuse: Promising Community Partnerships.
Kyle interned at Homeless Solutions Inc. in Headquarters Development, Dwight Morrow
High School as a School Social Work / Student Assistance Counselor, Booker Behavioral
Health Center, Touchstone Hall, and Suspension Alternative Program.
Kyle will be attending NYU to acquire a Masters level education in Social Work.
