This week we had fun making our own Valentine folders
and decorating them for Valentine’s Day! We made
predictions about whether we thought the groundhog
would see his shadow or not. We played with purple
moon sand in the sensory table. We made bracelets with
Valentine shapes and beads. We spelled our names with
foam letters on sentence strips. We experimented with
new dry erase markers on our white board. We traced
stencils and made crayon rubbings. We had Agriculture
in the Classroom and learned all about tractors!
We are learning through play!

We will celebrate Valentine’s Day here at
the Center on Thursday, February 11th.
Valentine class lists have been placed in
cubbies. Please encourage your children
to help write names on their Valentines.
We will deliver them together as a class
during our Valentine’s Day party!
