Seek a diverse set of nominees for leadership positions
available for the 2015-16 year as well as Presidential
candidates willing to make a commitment to enhance the
goals of the association
Vet a slate of candidates to recommend to the EC at the
November meeting. Have two candidates for each position
on the ballot
Present a slate of candidates for all available leadership
positions to the membership in December.

Summary of Committee Activities for the Quarter
November 2014
Worked with Ashley to update/edit the nominations form from last year and bring it up on the web site.
Updated the candidate tracking spread sheet
Email to the EC asking for their assistance in identifying candidates
Wrote blog announcing the opening of nominations
Wrote Newsletter article
Email to the membership announcing the opening of nominations
Collected Nominations as they came in
Made a few phone calls to firm up a few nominations and balance the ballot
Reviewed nominations with the committee
Emailed each potential candidate with details of the election process (Personal statement and photo)
Made a few more phone calls to fill in a few slots on the ballot.
Present proposed ballot to EC for Approval
