Mortar Board Awareness Week: Stephanie Nelson--November 26-30 A.Current Status 1. Lemonjellos has agreed to do a 15% coupon on Thursday during the week – assume 2 per room for dorm count B. Obstacles 1. trying to get in touch with someone at the library to display all of the awards during the week 2. working on letter for those who are eligible a)should go out Friday before Mortar Board awareness week, then another one after Thanksgiving so know about application process C. Project Albert – statue of Albert Einstein throwing a frisbee college very specific about pieces of art that go on Hope’s campus join Mark’s committee to collaborate with Mr. Pocock’s class next semester would need to raise $29,000 Mark thinks he will have at least half raised very quickly, gotten all the necessary approval if you know anyone who might be interested in being a major donor ($2500-5000 gift) please let 1. 2.
