Blood Drive: 107 Donors showed up to donate on Wednesday, 78 units were accepted
o Will be emailing each chapter the statistics on 25% of chapter volunteers
Haunted House next Wednesday, Lower level of CSU from 6-Midnight
o Still need volunteers

Scholarship Round Table was last night
o Talked about advisor planning and picking and having a plan to have a GPA 3.12
would be a goal for next semester.
o only 2 chapters showed up.
Need to get a copy of every chapter’s scholarship plan and talk to everyone and talk
to everyone who didn’t show up last night.
New Member Workshop November 1st CSU 253/4 at 9:00pm
o Need 90% of your new members from last spring and this semester!

Nominations for all IFC positions (terms of calendar year 2012) will begin November 3rd,
which is our next meeting
o Please have all nominated submit a letter of intent
o Election will be the following meeting (November 10th)
o This will also be the first meeting of the month and will be a formal attire meeting
Next Week will be FORMAL in attire.

Whereas: the IFC executive board has developed their individual budgets to the best of their abilities
Whereas: there has not been a Fall 2011 budget passed this semester.
Be it resolved: the Interfraternity Council adopt the attached budget.
