Sub-section (2) of Section 2

(b) “Perform or performs services in relation to promotion, forming, or winding up of the Companies” incorporation, amalgamation, reconstruction, reorganisation

(c) (i) “Authorised Representative of a company with respect to filing, registering, presenting, attesting or verifying, any documents by or on behalf of the company”

Authorised representative does not mean representation before government and regulatory authorities only
