Reporting into the Board Secretary, you will assist in the delivery of team objectives in the areas of Board and Committee management, performance reporting, programme management and internal governance. You will be educated to degree level or similar and will have gained relevant company secretarial experience supporting Boards and Committees, particularly within an investment focused environment, is essential for this position. You will be skilled at dealing with people at all levels and comfortable handling confidential information. The ability to both plan and prioritise a demanding multi-disciplined workload is essential. In this small hard working team, you will need the ability to work under pressure, be pro-active and a lateral thinker.
