Constitutional Collage Project

Think of all of the different ways the Constitution affects your life and visually depict
them in a collage. Use magazine or newspaper pictures, hand drawn images, images
from the Internet or any other source you can think of.
Your collage must include images and words that reflect:

The major goals of the Constitution as listed in the Preamble (pg. 248-249)

The three branches of government (pg. 250-257)

The Bill of Rights/The rights of every American (pg. 237-239 and 260-261)
Size Requirements/limitations: Your collage should be at least 8 ½ “ by 11” but should
be no larger than 17” by 22”.
Collages do not need to be square or rectangular.
Do not wait until the last minute to work on this project. There will still be homework
assignments during this project period.
Begin collecting images right away.
The project is worth 50 test points.
Your grade will be severely reduced if you do not have your collage in class on
