All assignments must have the correct assignment number. If you are not sure about an assignment number, please visit my website: www.mrspinnell.com. 3. If your packet is not in order or the assignments are not ordered, you will have your packet returned to you. This could result in your packet being late and a loss of points could occur. 4. Assignments without stamps will not receive any credit. 5. Late work stamps for reading logs will be stamped up until the day the packet is due. On the due date, no stamps will be given. 6. The packet must be neatly stacked and securely stapled so that papers cannot fall out and be lost. Use a paper clip, if you are unsure of the strength of your staple. 7. Remove any spiral notebook paper bits that occur when you tear a page out. 8. The “student check” column must be completed by the student entering the number of points they have received. The student must also total their “student check” points. 9. The “teacher check” column is where the teacher will grade your packet. Please do NOT write in this column. 10. Packets are DUE at the end of the class period. Packets received after the class period, but before 2:46pm, will lose 5% of the total points possible. Packets received will lose 10% of the total points possible each day it is late. Maximum loss of points will be 50%. 11. Students that are absent the day the packet is due, have one week to turn their packet in.
