COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course focuses on the generic areas and strategies of HRM. It also orients the participants
with the evolving trends of HR functions, and changing nature of HRM in response to changes in
the dynamic environment so as to ensure fit between structures and strategies.
COURSE OBJECTIVES:
Upon completion of this course, the participants will be able to:
 Learn the basic functions of a HR manager.
 Be familiar with the contemporary issues and challenges of managing HR in an
organization.
 Develop managerial skills.
