continuously improve the strategic HRM components assigned to your group?

The activities must be undertaken to improve the strategic HRM of performance
appraisal and feedback to inform about establishing employees' performance
continuously. The raters must be credible to maintain fair relations within a group and
applicable to the organization's rules, regulations, and standards. Encouraging
employees that performance evaluation has a rewards system, incentives, and
promotion that recognized their potential within the organization. Employee engagement
to fully addressed their needs and improvement of the organization. The performance
evaluation shall be done twice a year to monitor the strengths and weaknesses of
employees frequently.

The performance appraisal and feedback are assigned to our group, its processes
become strategic since it allows to monitor and determine the employee's performance
within an organization. To know the needs of the employees and efficiently addressed
them. Also, it is crucial for the organization's development, such as improvement, by
providing training to increase knowledge and skills.

Training is a process that helps the employees in gaining knowledge, skills, and abilities

skills to understand and optimize for the growth of employees fully. The training is often
organized within an organization in helping to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. On
the other hand, development is preparation when an employee is assigned to another
job position which taking part is crucial in making decisions and responsibilities within an
organization. Lastly, training increases efficiency, flexibility, employee morale, and
development for a broad range of training and experiences to understand and make
decisions effectively.
