Job description

Under limited direction, the Coordinator Agency Planning and Performance Reporting is
responsible for:

assisting with the design, coordination and delivery of AUSTRAC’s planning and
performance reporting framework and capability to ensure the agency meets national
and legislative/ regulatory performance requirements

supporting the planning and project management of the agency’s key public planning
document, the Corporate Plan, and agency deliverables such as the Annual
Performance Statement and Portfolio Budget Statement.

coordinating the Planning and Reporting Working Group and assisting with activities
to support this group,

assisting the agency with the development, collation and implementation of policy,
programs and projects to enhance and support the agency’s performance framework
including supporting the implementation of activities in support of the agency’s
Strategic Plan.

maintaining intranet content associated with agency planning and performance and
developing and coordinating high quality materials including reports, diagrams,
presentations and briefs.

establishing and maintaining internal and external liaison relationships necessary for
the effective functioning of the agency planning and performance reporting team.

other duties as directed.
