Computer Shop is one of the IT favorite retail stores in Egypt. Currently we have 18 IT stores in Cairo and
different states covering most of Egypt and became # 3 retailer in Egypt in 2.5 years.
 As a promotion, I have been assigned to the Business Development and Marketing department.
 As a team leader, I was able to build and manage a team of 10 employees to prepare, coordinate and
execute all marketing and business development plans and make sure that the strategy is communicated
passionately to the organization and executed in the best practice.
 Developing and generating more than 50 new business opportunities.
 Managing the whole company profit and losses. Achieved a total turnover for the third year of more than
24M $ with net losses of .2M $ and 180% YoY growth in sales and 200% YoY growth in gross profit.
 Reduced the company losses on two phases:
o Phase 1: Reducing company losses (More than 1M $ in one year = 70% of company’s net
losses) by working on new business opportunities with different multinationals, governmental
and private sectors including vendors, distributors, banks and corporations to enhance the
company profitability and co-marketing activities.
o Phase 2: Strategically developed the operations and Products departments (Including the 5 Ps)
which led to a net profit of .5M $ for the fourth year of the company’s age. In addition, designed
and implemented expenses control strategies that helped reducing the operational expenses by
more than .6% of the total company net sales and total value of 120K $.
 Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements;
tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
 Providing strategic marketing leadership and direction, ensuring marketing best practice is implemented.
