To provide leadership and development to a multidisciplinary team. An evidence based therapeutic model of treatment is in use, based on the Community Integration Model Mission objectives and mission values of The Salvation Army are delivered Clients are offered access to spiritual support. Effective linkages to Salvation Army Corps and other services are developed and utilised. Clinical risk is assessed and managed appropriately Staff Management Financial and Asset Management Effective workforce management including recruitment & selection, induction, performance management, & dispute resolution. Staff are adequately trained and provide opportunities for professional development ensuring a competent and adequately staffed program with a strategy for succession planning. Participate in budget preparation and ensure budget is adhered to. Adequate financial reporting systems are in place and all financial reporting requirements for Salvocare Eastern are met. Ensure compliance to finance policies and procedures. Ensure ongoing financial sustainability of program. All assets are appropriately managed. Operational plans are developed and implemented Report quarterly on progress on operational plan Standard Measures Meets targets as per the FASA Operates within a Continuous Quality Improvement Framework.
