I have an MBA in entrepreneurship and innovation management. I am a mentor to young business owners and enjoy helping young entrepreneurs solve unique problems. I got involved in Alina's CAT team when Alina's mother reached out to me. I have known Alina her entire life and consider Alina family. I have been honored to watch her inspire and teach others. I am excited to be working with Alina and her CAT team because I see the value and the need for technology to be accessible to everyone. She is creating a powerful force which has the potential to make a serious impact on the community. Candace Yaeger MBA MA @CandaceYaeger and GreenSkyline.us Andrew Larkin I am a software engineer and accessibility specialist working at Comcast in Philadelphia. As the Technical Lead for Accessibility, I work with engineering teams across the company to ensure that products are usable by people of varying abilities. I also organize the Philadelphia Accessibility Forum, a group designed to provide a forum for technologists, designers, and users of technology to come together to discuss the challenges involved in making technology accessible. I first became involved with Alina's CAT when Laura Hilferty contacted me through the Accessibility Forum. I immediately saw what others see in Alina - her ability to inspire others to create technology that everyone can use. I am proud to be working with Alina to bring awareness about the importance of accessible technology to people everywhere. He received his B.F.A. in theater from Rutgers University and has developed a unique communication system that allows persons with developmental disabilities to write, direct, and star in their own original dramatic works. In addition to writing and producing short films, he works with the artists with disabilities at Matheny to produce live and video material to be exhibited throughout the tristate area. I became involved with Alina’s CAT after Donna (her mother) came to visit Matheny and told me about Alina’s job search and about making a documentary about this process. I then met with CIS and the CAT to explore the possibilities of a film about Alinaworthy and was amazed by the wonderful team that has rallied around Alina’s cause.
