Sellers – Sold4U Auction pays our sellers after noon on Wed– 8 Days after this auction closes.
Sellers – ANY UNSOLD items not picked up or arranged to be picked up by the end of the business day on
Saturday, following the close of the auction on TUESDAY, become the property of the auction house. Items
can/will be donated to a local nonprofit organization
Sellers – Any item with a disposal fee that is not picked up and the auction house has to dispose of the item,
the disposal fee will be deducted from the sellers check.
Sellers – Please disclose ALL imperfections and defects of the property to be sold at the auction. Defective
items not disclosed will be returned to you regardless of our “AS IS” policy.You will still be charged the %.
Sellers – Items won that are not paid for by buyers by the end of the business day on Saturday, following the
close of the auction on Tuesday will not be paid for and will be resold on the next auction.
Sellers – There is a minimum reserve price of $100 on all items. There is a $10.00- $20.00 fee for unmet
reserves.
Sellers – ALL Clothing is subject to approval. If you have NOT gotten approval your clothing will be PULLED.

members cannot bid on or buy items in order to improve the item's search standing or save a NO
SALE FEE.
Make sure you follow these guidelines. If you don’t, you may be subject to a range of actions,
including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account. Shill bidding is
also illegal in many places and can carry severe penalties. If you are caught you WILL be charged
DOUBLE.
