9am- Meeting began with introductions of new members, apologies and brief recap of last
meeting
Feedback from Jess and Lesley from Conductive education visit
Discussion of importance of ILS, where our schools currently are, where we want to be
Discussed how ILS is covered within each school i.e. ILS sessions, through PSHE, through rest
of curriculum, not covered
Each school shared their own documents with the rest of the group and time was spent
looking at these documents and asking each other questions.
All present agree on the huge importance of ILS for our pupils and the need for some
continuity between the schools. Continuity will allow for us to show progress, moderate,
formalise and acknowledge skills we automatically teach already especially with regards to
ofsted
