How do I log into my
GINsystem?
Log in using your GINsystem username
and password from your GIN chapter
website

Don’t worry, we’ll send you a temporary password via email. Your username will
be the email address associated with your account

How do I add new users to the
GINsystem?
Step 1: Navigate to the Manage Users page from
your Administrator Menu
How do I add new users to the
GINsystem?
Step 2: Select Add users to add one user, or Import
Users to add multiple users at one time.
Add one user
Provide the user’s first name, last name, and email
address. Then, select the appropriate member type and
access level

Follow the instructions on the “Import Users” page a .CSV
file for our Customer Service team to add to your
GINsystem to add multiple users .
