In order to aid in your summer studies, I have attached a vocabulary packet. Please be sure to study your packet and use your skills throughout the summer. In addition to the packet, you may: Create flashcards (Take them along bus and car rides) Practice speaking with friends and family members. Teach others! Look up YouTube videos in French to practice listening. Try changing the movies you watch to the French language with English subtitles to practice identifying words. FRENCH SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST: 1 DURABLE PLASTIC folder, 1 DURABLE-3 ring binder (not the floppy binders), loose leaf reinforcement tape, 1 small SPIRAL notebook for inside your binder (if you have a neat notebook from 7th grade you can continue to use the same notebook), 5 dividers, a packet of loose leaf paper, writing utensils, a pack of printing paper (white OR colored), a set of dry erase markers (The last two items will be collected and remain in class.) You should have an agenda/planner to use for ALL of your classes- these sell out quickly so please try to get one in the beginning of summer. OPTIONAL: Mini French-English dictionary, a stapler, color pencils, crayons and/or markers.
