Swinging into 2nd Grade
Hello Parents/Guardians of the 2nd grade students!
My name is Mrs. Dunn, and I would like to briefly introduce myself. I am going
to be filling in as Mrs. Shell’s substitute teacher while she is on maternity
leave. I have completed several long term positions within the last two school
years. I loved interacting with the staff, students, and parents/guardians in all
of those positions, and can’t wait to meet all of you in the 2nd grade.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Education from Ohio State University. My
husband is in the Army. I am a mother of three children who attend Licking
Valley Schools. My children are 14 years, 11 years and 8 years. We love the
outdoors and playing sports.
I am very excited to get to know you and the students! I look forward to
getting to know their different personalities and building relationships with
them. I promise to strive to help them reach their academic/learning goals
and will help them any way that I can. I will expect them to work their very
best and to help me keep a safe and productive classroom. Together, we
will all work to establish a classroom community.
