 Infringement of AIAA copyrighted articles and self-plagiarism
by the book chapter authors
 Malfeasance on the part of the book editors
 Negligence on the part of the Springer managing editor
• New case:
 Chair is evaluating a claim of plagiarism against authors of a
recently published article in JGCD.
