o I was around most summer and we have problems
o Be careful with Social Media, events, and now with PNMs
o Also driving. If you have letters on your car don’t be a jerk on the road.
o This week alone I’ve seen 6 separate fraternity letters pulled over either on I4 or 408
o Not good PR
 Alcohol consumption and You
o As much as you guys think that because you are not wearing letters no one knows who you are,
it’s not true.
o Technically it isn’t but the university population still classifies you as Greek

 Moratorium update Council by Council decision but all on same page for community wide reduction,
Things keep happening and we are not holding each other responsible
 All-council meeting next week – 60 percent of chapter attendance required, this has never happened
 Welcome back everyone. Let's do it big this semester
 All community meeting 17 IFC violations, Not wise to reduce moratorium

School thinks we are high risk low reward and we need to show them we are the opposite, only as strong
as weakest link

 Motion to amend Interfraternity Council Constitution: ARTICLE IX. OFFICERS AND ELECTIONS
Section 12.
o
From: At the last meeting of each semester, a two-thirds vote will be required for approval of the
President’s, Vice President of Operations’, VP of Risk Management and Judicial’s , VP of
Administration’s, and VP of Recruitment’s stipends of $350.00, $200.00, and $150.00, $150, and
$150 respectively.
o To: At the last meeting of each semester, a two-thirds vote will be required for approval of the
Executive Board’s stipends: President ($400); Vice President of Operations and Vice President of
Recruitment ($200 each); VP of Risk Management and Judicial, VP of Administration, VP of
Finance, and VP of Public Relations ($100 each).
o Motion to Vote 15/0/0 Motion Passes
Motion to waive the IFC Constitution ARTICLE IX. OFFICERS AND ELECTIONS Section 10. Should a
vacancy occur in the Executive Board, while school is not in-session (Summer, Winter Break, etc.), the
President shall appoint someone to fill the position immediately. At the next regularly scheduled IFC
meeting, the Council will vote on whether to officially install the appointee. In this instance, the installment
will require a majority vote. If the appointee does not pass the majority, nominations will be open for the
next two weeks with the election being held at the following regular meeting.
o To allow Tyler Hayward to continue serving as interim Vice President of Administration until the
next Executive Board is installed.
