b. Kelsey Orlando City Soccer Greek Night goes through Greek Council President Jordan, 23 dollars includes ride
to and from event, Contest on who can bring the most members, Prizes like pics on the pitch and a trophy
among other things, Sigma Pi in the lead with 110 guys
c. Scott UCF athletics Go to the events that the marketing that athletics throws for us, all ifc greek night if we
support them they will support us
IV. Executive Discussion
a. VP of Public Relations – Michael Mann
i. Practice Good PR. Everything can be seen
ii. Welcome all new rushees and PNM’s the same. Be Careful with everything
b. VP of Finance – Santiago Solano
i. Summer expense report. General Programming over by 779% percent because of the summer trip, was not bilt
into budget but will be in the future 1300 supplement from tickets
ii. Fall budget ending report
iii. Pay your dues Bill will come out 2 weeks after this Sunday, No excpetion for not paying dues – will be put into
bad standing and planned events will be canceled
iv. Spring budget changes & meetings with exec and directors
c. VP of Recruitment – Ian Cano
i. New Member lists are due Monday by 5PM Cant bill out dues until New Member list are submittes
ii. Good luck with the last week of recruitment New member lists sent out to presidents
iii. Any post formal recruitment events, text me
d. VP of Administration – Tyler Hayward
i. Will be working with IFC delegates now
ii. Delegates contact me on my cell phone and let me know what organization you are in if you haven’t already
iii. Forming Groupme and Facebook Group soon
iv. Training and new binders coming soon
v. Have new guys follow us on social media

e. VP of Risk Management and Judicial – Chris Perez
i. National Hazing Prevention Week September 21-25 all 4 councils will be participating in the silent march
ii. Need volunteers to table 1+ hour(s) Tuesday, September 22nd in the Student Union Atrium. Great chance to
show off your letters and get service hours. Shoot Chris an email to volunteer for tabling
f. VP of Operations – Rob Rudolph
i. JIFC will start Sept 30 Pick someone you think is a future leader in your chapter
ii. Turn in applications on Friday Greek liaison and Scholarship chair as well as Philanthropy committee
iii. Make smart decisions
iv. Everyone should get a Safe Ride from the union, free 30 cab voucher, no reason to drink and drive
g. President – Jacob Colquhoun
i. Recap of all-council meeting Thanks to all who came, anyone upset we didn’t take attendance, yes, could detour
people from coming in the future, did not tell chapters we would fine them, will be mandatory in the future, trial run
ii. VP of recruitment elections are fast approaching nominations in 2 weeks followed by elections
iii. The importance of communication IFC delegate makes decision for whole chapter and chapter must abide by
IFC constitution, when a chapter gets in trouble not only does it hurt the chapter but it hurts the community as a
whole, when a chapter gets in trouble it does not mean automatic expulsion, don’t tell and spread rumors about
other chapters- again it hurts the chapter and the community, conduct incidents hurt the whole community

iii. Greek Rivalry series Geroge has made finalizing it difficult, Main sports this will happen at will be Mens and
Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, and Men’s Baseball, Prizes include flying fraternity flag at the
stadium or in the Arena, Will be ready to go when Men’s basketball starts

i. Fall Philanthropy Golf Tournament benefiting Ronald McDonald House

a. Motion to amend Interfraternity Council Judicial Board Constitution, ARTICLE IV. SELECTION And
COMPOSITION OF MEMBERSHIP, Section 1.
i. From: The Judicial Board shall be composed of eight (8) Justices, appointed on staggered yearly terms. Eight
Justices shall be appointed in the Spring of each year. After the Judicial Board is assembled, the constitution shall
revert to “Four (4) Justices (seats #1 – #4) shall be appointed in the spring semester and four (4) Justices (seats #5 –
#8) shall be appointed in the fall semester. “
ii. To: The Judicial Board shall be composed of one (1) Justice from each Regular Member Organization as
defined by the Interfraternity Council Constitution.

3. Chapter cant sit on meeting if they are involved

a. Alpha Epsilon Pi – Rush going well
b. Alpha Tau Omega – Rush going well
c. Beta Theta Pi – 10 accepted 2 more rush events
d. Delta Sigma Phi – cant grill food on campus
e. Delta Lambda Phi – Rush going well 10 interested guys
f. Delta Upsilon – good rush
g. Kappa Sigma – Thanks to everyone who participated in concert
h. Lambda Theta Phi –
i. Phi Delta Theta – good luck on rush, state of the IFC should have been more organized
j. Pi Kappa Phi – 14 accepted 2 more events, should have been a Q&A session at the meeting
k. Phi Gamma Delta – 17-20 accepted
l. Sigma Alpha Epsilon –
m. Sigma Chi – 2 more events, if you have questions about the Knightnews article ask sigma chi directly
n. Sigma Pi - thanks to ambassadors and exec has been a good rush
o. Sigma Nu – good rush 1 more rush event
p. Tau Kappa Epsilon – good rush 34 accepted
q. Theta Chi – congrats on wild for the night, Knightnews sucks, thanks to exec
r. Zeta Beta Tau – 24 bids 3 more rush events
