Complete and turn in all assignments on time.
To ask permission before playing any of the musical instruments.


Individual Behaviors
 Strike 1: Verbal warning
 Strike 2: Name written down and verbal and/or email message to the classroom teacher.
 Strike 3: Behavior Modification Assignment (BMA)
 Anything past strike 3 is an Official Discipline/Behavior form.


Full Class Behaviors
 Start out receiving three(3) stickers per class time.
 Strike 1: First warning, the class will lose one (1) sticker.
 Strike 2: Second warning, the class will lose two (2) stickers and depending on the circumstances will receive sentences.
 Strike 3: Third warning, the class will lose three (3) stickers and a BMA will be provided to the class as a whole or a principal will be contacted.
