1) The personality quiz told me I would be the "popular teacher." It said that My students will
love me and other teachers will want to be me. Not to toot my own horn, but I agree with this,
because I really am passionate about teaching. I teach extended day at Lovett Elementary, and
this is true there too all of my past and present students love me and of course I love them, and
I get along with all of my co-workers really well. I think the reason I am going to be that way is
because I really am excited about teaching and I love kids.
2) On this website I really liked his 6 principles of classroom management and how he broke
them down. In my opinion all of the principles are important, but my favorite is create a warm
and nurturing classroom. Of course no child is perfect and they will misbehave sometimes, but
when there is an inviting environment and everyone in the classroom is behaving, it put a better
impression on the trouble child. I always want to deal with misbehavior in a calm respectful
manner, and I think these principles are very good.
