GHRP 2
GHRP 2, a 6 chain amino acid, is a ghrelin analogue that stimulates the release of endogenous growth hormone (GH) within the somatotropes of the anterior pituitary.
GHRP-2 works differently than GHRH by increasing the number of somatotropes in a pulsatile fashion by limiting the amount of somatostatin present. GHRH (growth hormone releasing hormone) increases GH by increasing the amplitude at which the pituitary cells pulse. The increased volume of human growth hormone (hGH) produced by the pituitary gland causes an increase in the production of Insulin-Like
Growth Factor-1 (IGF-1) by the liver and results in several health benefits such as: decreased body fat, increased muscle mass, increased strength, improved stamina, immune support, and tissue recovery.
Optimizing the production and secretion of GH can be a great addition to any fitness regimen or wellness program. GHRP’s have also been shown to raise cortisol levels in those with poor functioning adrenal glands. Some conditions associated with low cortisol are fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, depression, and obesity to name a few.
GHRPs work synergistically with Sermorelin (GHRH analogue) for improved production and secretion of GH.
Sermorelin
Sermorelin acetate is 29 chain amino acid peptide analog of Growth Hormone Releasing
Hormone (GHRH), which is produced by the pituitary gland and is necessary for normal growth and development. GHRH stimulates that pituitary to increase production of growth hormone. The increased volume of human growth hormone (hGH) produced by the pituitary gland causes an increase in the production of Insulin-Like Growth Factor-1 (IGF-1) by the liver and results in several health benefits such as:
Increases natural production of Human Growth Hormone HGH
Enhanced energy & strength
Improves quality of sleep and helps combat insomnia
Increases IGF-1 levels
Enhances wound healing
Improves Physical and Mental Performance
Enhances calcium retention and bone density
Improves Immune Function
Improves fat burning
Improves energy and vitality
Improves skin elasticity
Aids in connective tissue repair post injury
This product is not FDA approved and therefore outside of clinical use, but substantial information is available on its role in clinical observational trials. Growth Hormone was not FDA approved in its initial use but just received FDA approval for use in antiaging medicine.
