Highest Productivity
Speed: 100 m/minute (XL and DCM 50m/minute).
Acceleration: 1.5G. (XL and DCM 0.55 G)
More than double productivity on many materials = Up to 1000 items in one shift (8h)
Great Flexibility for different materials
Please see the XP tooling guide for full overview
Most Robust
The XP is the only table designed for and capable of true 24/7 production runs in demanding materials. Continuing the four decade long tradition of dependable CAM equipment, the new XP series is built to the Kongsberg mechanical design standards, ensuring long lifetime and high second-hand value.
31
Error preventing tool measuring station
The ATM (automatic tool measuring) system is integrated in the machine. It reduces tool changeover time, simplifies adjustments and eliminates the risk for operator mistakes, which can destroy expensive (printed) material.
Efficient vision system
The ARS (automatic registration system) works on output from ArtiosCAD, enabling fast detection of location of graphic elements on the material. It can quickly and automatically detect up to four register marks.

Workflow from graphical design to finishing device
● The main objective for almost all i-machines is finishing of printed items. Input to the cutting table has to come from the same source as the graphics, meaning ArtiosCAD or any other structural design system is not relevant.
● The objective of finishing of 2D-printed items is not to cut according to defined dimensions in the designfile. It is to have exact cut to print registration. For this purpose a camera and software to measure and calculate distortion is required.

Workflow from graphical design to finishing device
Digital finishing in combination with good workflow solutions also give some opportunities:
• Nesting to minimize waste material and optimize sheet size selection
• Tiling of oversized jobs onto several sheets
• Automated production by barcode identified jobs
