Faxed applications will not be accepted. January 29, 2010 Applicants will receive a letter of notification regarding approval status of the application and transfer of grant funds by this date. March 19, 2010 Submit Report of Matching Grant Fund Expenditures to Maria Rodriguez in the Department of Libraries and Information Services on or before 4 p.m. with copies of Purchase Orders proving encumbrance or expenditure of all matching grant funds. Faxed applications will not be accepted. April 29, 2010 All matching grant purchases should be received, receipted and funds expended. If any ordered items have not been delivered and the vendor cannot confirm delivery by July 1st, these items must be canceled from the Purchase Order, and a new Purchase Order must be created for items that are immediately available. Check the status of any unshipped items with the customer service representative for the appropriate vendor. Cancellation of purchase order items must be done through both the vendor and by written request to Pamela Seanior in CPS Purchasing, 553-2254. It is a helpful “road map”.
