ATTACHMENT A: Proposal Response
Proposer must provide a response to all questions. Proposer’s response to this section shall be clearly
delineated by the category and number assigned for each question and answer. The answers shall be clear and
concise, and not lengthy. If Proposer does not have an answer to a question, Proposer shall state ‘Not
applicable’ or ‘Unable to perform’.
The Proposer’s response to the questionnaire along with any applicable supporting documentation shall be
submitted through the District’s electronic procurement program (“eROC”) in Adobe Reader .pdf format.
A. Business Information

B. Business History and Experience
1.
Provide a list and description of the types of demographic services the company has regularly
performed in the past.
2.
Provide a list and description of any unique services the company has been asked to perform that is not
normally part of the regular demographic services package.

Provide a description of the company’s professional liability insurance and limits.
4.
Provide a list of five (5) references of recent completed school district demographic services customers,
including name of school district, contact person, title, email address, and phone number.
5.
Provide the names of Texas K-12 schools districts the company has provided demographic services for
in the last five (5) years. Include the:
a.
Name of the school district;
b.
District contact person, title, email address, and phone number;
c.
Company’s project staff; and
d.
Brief project scope.
e.
Project status (completed or currently performing and projected completion date)
C. Deliverable Development and Report
1.
Provide an overview of what your company’s standard demographic services report (segments,
indexing, Table of Contents, etc.) that will be provided to the District based on the contract
requirements.
2.
The Contract Requirements state that the report must be provided to the District representative within
sixty (60) calendar days after the award is made. Will your company be able to meet this deadline? If
not, what amount of time would your company need?
3.
Provide the resumes for all individuals that will be assigned to Round Rock ISD’s demographic services
project.
4.
Describe your company’s CAD capabilities.
5.
What are the dates of the GIS maps your report will be based upon?
6.
Describe your company’s methodology for predicting growth in a ten (10) year period.
7.
Describe the resources your company uses to determine demographic growth patterns, ethnicity
changes, residential / commercial development, etc.
8.
Describe how your company can assist the District in future growth patterns, bond programs, boundary
guidance / changes, etc.
D. Sample Report
1.
Provide through the District’s electronic procurement program (“eROC”) a sample copy of a completed
demographic services project matching the scope of the requirements set forth in this solicitation for a
district of similar size and make-up. The sample report is to be identified in the electronic response as
“Exhibit A: Sample Report from (Company Name)”.
E. Qualification Statement / Executive Summary
1.
Briefly describe how the company will meet the demographic data needs of Round Rock ISD and what
makes the company uniquely qualified to perform such services.
2.
Describe who your company believes to be the customers of the report and how your company can
best address each group’s needs.
