Frequently Asked Questions
1. Who can participate in the Business Simulation Game?
The Business Simulation Game is open to all students from School of Management at Fudan University.
2. What is the schedule?
Registrations for the game will begin on Tuesday, November 4, 2014.
The Business Simulation Game will be held online from 7:00pm to 8:15pm on Sunday, November 9, 2014
(China local time).
Students must be logged in to the game website (int.axpcampus.com) at that time to play the game.
3. What is the deadline for registrations?
Team registrations can be done till the start of the Game. However, it is highly recommended that you
register for the game in advance so that you have access to the game related documents and also avoid
a last minute rush.
4. Who will I compete against in the Simulation Game?
Registered Teams will play as a firm investing in the credit card market competing against each other.
The participants will need to purchase data and analyze the same to make informed business
investments across given list of investment options to win in a real-time marketplace where all
competing teams are also doing the same
5. When will the results be announced?
The performance and ranking of each team will appear on the game screen immediately after end of
every round.
6. What is the allowed team size?
The allowed team size is 1 to 2 members. (2 members are preferred).
7. How do I register my team?
Teams/individuals wishing to register themselves must visit the American Express Campus
website: int.axpcampus.com for registration. After registration, all team members would automatically
get a confirmation mail with a user id which is the Team Name and an auto-generated confirmation
code. The activation code has to be used on first login for completion of registration.

Registered participants can access the competition details and guidelines after logging in
to int.axpcampus.com. You are advised to read all of these materials as pre-work to perform well in the
game.

9. Who should I contact regarding any queries about the registration process or the game?
The American Express Campus Team is responsible for the organization of the competition. They will be
the direct point of contact and information provider for the students and/or the teams. All issues,
doubts, queries, requests, etc should be addressed to the American Express Campus Team
at campus.centurion@aexp.com .
10. How do I play the game?
Once you have registered, you need to wait for scheduled date and time for the Game at your institute.
At the scheduled time, you can play the game on our site at int.axpcampus.com by logging in and
clicking on 'Play the Game' button. Participant teams will compete against each other in a virtual
environment, in a clock-synchronized real time game over the internet.
11. What things do I require to play the game?
Since it is a virtual game, you would need a laptop with an internet connection to play the game. The
game can be played on Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox/Safari/Internet Explorer 7.0 and above browsers.
It is advised that you use 'Google Chrome' web browser and also make sure to have Javascript enabled
in your browser for the best performance.
12. What happens if I lose internet connectivity during the game?
You can re-login and continue to play the game after the connectivity is up. The game retains the most
recent state and hence the teams can log in again to start from where they left. However, there would
be loss of time as all clocks are synchronized to the administrator's clock.
13. What are the prizes?
Each member of the first prize winning team in the National Finale would receive an Apple iPad Air. Each
member of the first runners up team would receive an Apple iPad Mini. Class of 2016 graduate students
from top teams will be eligible for an interview for 2015 summer internship at American Express.
