Technology Over the past years the department has managed the current project work load of 300-400 projects on a spreadsheet. This method has not allowed the capturing of data needed to manage the volume of work or for better planning and cost modeling. The department has purchased an additional module that integrates with the existing facility operations work order maintenance system. This system will allow the capture of much more project details and information to better manage the projects.
