1. What is AIESEC?
What is AIESEC?
AIESEC is a global organization run by students & recent
graduates from universities across 124 countries and
territories. We work to provide these young people with a
unique development experience through leadership
opportunities, international internships & volunteer
experiences, and a global learning environment.
2. What is Global Talent?
Global Talent Program
The Global Talent Program connects students and recent graduates to paid internship
experiences across the world. It is an opportunity for each young person to develop
entrepreneurial and responsible leadership by living a cross-cultural professional
development experience.
Each internship lasts between 3 and 18 months and are exclusively available for those
who utilize AIESEC’s services.
These internships can be categorized into three fields:
• Teaching
• Business
• Technology

Our Process
Apply to be an official Exchange participant on
talent.aiesecus.org

With the support of an Exchange participant manager you will start
searching for opportunities that fits your profile and interests

We will provide you with an Outgoing Preparation Seminar to prepare you for time abroad.
Once selected in an internship abroad you will start preparing the logistical details of your
exchange experience.

Once you are in a final destination your experience can begin discovering
the local community and developing personal and professional skills.

AIESEC has been a worldwide leader in providing international teaching opportunities since its inception.
Education interns can provide a major impact to local communities by fostering cultural understanding,
improving basic work skills, or creating passion for a second language. These opportunities are the most
abundantly available in the AIESEC network and are necessary for developing countries as an investment in
their future growth

EDUCATION DEPARTMENT OF BOGOTÁ
BOGOTA, COLOMBIA
Description: In this position, interns will act as leading
facilitators of the “Aulas de Inmersión” project (bilingual
and cultural education). Interns will facilitate all the
activities and workshops through practical English lessons,
following the contents created with the Education
Department.
REQUIREMENTS
• Teaching and language education
experience.
• Advanced English required.
• $750 monthly stipend, workspace provided.
2. Business
Business is part creativity and part logic - combining aesthetic with a strong message for a
company’s target audience. An understanding of product positioning is key to this field and
interns can expect to build upon previous experience. Those that take on these opportunities can
choose to work in sales, market research, and international relationships.

Research Analyst in Knowledge Centre
MEXICO CITY, MEXICO
The intern focuses on assisting PwC practitioners in sourcing and analyzing facts to help
solve specific business problems. The intern should efficiently gather the necessary raw
information, partnering with your senior colleagues to leverage the full range of relevant
sources inside and outside of the firm.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills;
Inquisitive, investigative nature; Good verbal communication
skills (oral and written)
$750 monthly stipend

Careers in the IT sector are consistently on the rise. Software, web, and mobile app developers
are in high demand and work experience in these fields is crucial to getting the job. With a
Global Talent internship in the information technology field, students and recent graduates are
able to gain new skills in an international work environment.

Description: TCS is a multinational information technology service,
consulting and business solutions company headquartered in India.
The Intern will get involved in business requirements analysis and
convert into solutions. Java/J2EE and software development
