party administrators through remittance advice to ensure returns for the services rendered
by each physician.
 Monitor and review denial reasons and discrepantly processed claims to minimize
revenue loss and maximize reimbursement.
 Consolidate and analyze financial reports from the accounts department and insurance
department.
 Establish agreements and maintain partnership with Insurance Companies to widen the
centre’s network to provide a more convenient and better health care coverage system to
both UAE locals and expatriates.
 Set and negotiate discount rates and multiplier factors with the Insurance company and
Third Party Administrators for the tariff set by the Dubai Health Authority based on a
reasonable market and public price.
 Coordinate with physicians with regards to patient’s benefit information including policy
based exclusions and benefit maximums both for medical and dental services.
