Dinner Dialogues, Día de los Muertos, Fiesta, etc.). META (retention programming): Create and implement programs to address retention and leadership at all undergraduate levels; promote personal and academic development; develop mentorship networks among faculty, staff and students (ex. Weekly META workshops, Resilience Network). Community Outreach: Interface with community and social service leaders, coordinate outreach programs, and maintain a network of volunteers (ex. Pen Pal, LYC, School Visits). Marketing and Publications: Develop strategies to market La Casa programs; assist with publications.
