La Casa student staff members assist in the following areas:
Event Programming. Create and implement programs of social, political, educational and cultural natures in
collaboration with RSOs, other cultural centers and campus units.
META (retention programming). Create and implement programs to address retention and leadership at all
undergraduate levels; promote personal and academic development; develop mentorship networks among faculty,
staff and students.
Community Outreach. Interface with community and social service leaders, coordinate outreach programs, and
maintain a network of volunteers.
Marketing and Publications. Develop strategies to market La Casa programs; assist with publications.
