REQUEST FOR PAINT APPROVAL
In an effort to provide and protect each individual Homeowner’s rights and values, it is required that any
Homeowner considering painting their home submit this application with color selections from the attached
Kelly-Moore Paint Brochure. Only the number and name of your paint selection need to be noted on the
application. If any color is used that has not been approved, the Association has the right to ask the
Homeowner to repaint the home with an approvable color.
The sample color chart kept by the ACC has been provided at no cost by a local Kelly-Moore Paint Co.
store. The use of a sample chart depicting acceptable color schemes of Kelly-Moore Paints is neither a
requirement nor a recommendation that homeowners within the Subdivision must use Kelly-Moore paint
on their homes for their application to be approved by the ACC. Rather, the sample color chart shows
colors that have been approved. You may use any brand of paint as long as you exactly match the
approved colors.

KELLY-MOORE PAINT, PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH KELLY-MOORE PAINT COLOR YOUR
PAINT WILL MATCH.
ALL COLORS MUST MATCH THE KELLY MOORE NUMBERS FROM THE ATTACHED
BROCHURE.
