COURSE DESCRIPTION
Students complete a 30 hour work placement in a nuclear facility that is licensed by the Canadian
Nuclear Safety Commission. The work placement supervisor, as well as the professor will evaluate
the student’s job performance.

This course is graded as a “P” (pass) or “F” (fail). You will be evaluated by your workplace supervisor
upon completion of the one-week placement, as well as by your professor.
To receive a final grade of “P” (pass) for this course you must receive a grade of “P” (pass) for each
assignment above.
