The Centre for Organizational Learning at Algonquin College is sponsoring 10 Support Staff to
attend the 2014 conference that is coordinated by the Eastern Region College Committee on
Human Resources Development (ERCCHRD). This unique networking and professional development
opportunity brings together all support staff from Algonquin, Durham, Fleming, La Cite, Loyalist
and St. Lawrence Colleges to make connections and to further develop personal skill sets and
competencies. This year’s Conference theme is ”Creating An Inclusive Culture At Your College”.

Please note that registration, accommodation and meal costs are covered by the Centre for Organizational
Learning. Travel costs are the responsibility of your Department/School and the College encourages
