You are at an officer meeting and there is a disagreement between the President and the Vice President. One want to put
together a season flyers and another thins shows should be advertised individually. How should the problem be solved?
You are part of the Officer staff and you notice that the President is not asking for help with any of the projects. What do you
do?
A member of the officer staff does not come to meetings and you are the President of the thespian Club. How do you react?
There are a lot of new freshman who have joined the club and they want to be active participants. How do you include them and
make them feel welcome?

1. I will ensure that I do my fair share. I will make sure I perform my duties on time and with approval from the
President and Mrs. Sandoval.
2. I will report to Mrs. Sandoval regarding my duties before each official Club meeting.
3. I will attend all officer and club meetings. If I am unable to attend I will check with the Secretary to see what I
have missed.
4. I will follow all rules outlined in the Franklin High School Handbook and the Thespian Club constitution.
5. I will not create a hierarchy. I will welcome all members to the thespian Club and treat everyone equally.
6. I will not use foul language directed at any actor, technician or member of the Thespian Club. I will always
portray a good example.
