A member of the officer staff does not come to meetings and you are the President of the thespian Club. How do you react?
There are many rising freshman who will join the club and will want to be active participants. How do you include them and

President and Mr. Buttner
2. I will attend all officer and club meetings. If I am unable to attend I will check with the Secretary to see what I have
missed. Three (3) meeting absences will result in dismissal from the board.
3. I will not create a hierarchy. I will welcome all members to HSTC and treat everyone equally.
4. I will not use foul language directed at any actor, technician or member of the HSTC. I will always portray a
good example and maintain the integrity of the program.
5. I will remain courteous, respectful, patient and keep a positive attitude at all times.

President
 Oversees all HSTC activities. This does not include planning/organizing official
productions.
 Creates calendar of meetings, checks up on progress of events. Taskmaster!
 Organizes with the Vice President the Opening Welcome Picnic.
 Organizes HOT Lunch Acting/Tech Workshops.
 Must be approachable, dedicated and not looking for just a title for their resume.
 Works with the Vice President on planning and hosting the End-of-the-Year
Banquet.
Vice-President
 Is in charge of tracking Thespian points and organizing folders for current and
rising ITS members.
 Organizes Thespian Induction Ceremony during the End-of-the-Year Banquet.
 Works with the President on planning and hosting the End-of-the-Year Banquet.
 Organizes and Implements the official ITS Service Project in October.
Secretary
 Keeps minutes at all meetings and posts minutes online on HSTC Blog.
 Keeps the Drama club board updated with current info regarding production
calendars, meetings, notices, etc…
Historian / Communications Manager
 Takes pictures at all events and shows.
 Posts pictures on Drama Board and the HSTC Website and other social
networking sites.
 Files all posters and playbills for the season with the assistance of the Office
Manager.
 Creates end of the year PowerPoint/Slideshow for the End-of-the-Year
Banquet.
 Maintains the HSTC Call Board.
Office Manager
 Manage the HSTC Script Library
 Input new scripts and resources
 Maintain the HSTC/Buttner office and supplies
 Receive ‘needs’ list from ITS board and Executech board.
 Receive work request orders for facility repairs
All completed forms are due back to Mr. Buttner on the morning of May 15th.
Positions will be decided upon by Mr. Buttner and other members of the Holly
Springs Performing Arts PLT. Your application and its content will determine
your position.
Positions will be announced at the End of the Year Banquet.
